Just thought I'd share a picture of the bracelets I have laid out. This is what my desk looks like on a regular basis, until one of the cats runs across it. At which point chaos ensues, and there is much screaming and crying.
When I'm making gradient bracelets, I like to leave them laid out the way the colors will go on the bracelet. So I can't just dump them into a secure little ziplock bag. So they are prime targets for mischievous kitties, of which I have three.
You may notice the finished bracelet at the top of the picture. I call that one Mountain Sunrise, because it reminds me of the way the sky looked in the Appalachian mountains on beautiful winter mornings.
You may also notice the mess underneath my desk. I would ask you to ignore it, but that's pretty hard to do, so just... focus on the buttons, will you?
I recently got a job, and consequently the production of button bracelets has fallen drastically over the past few weeks. I don't like it, but there's only so much I can do when I'm a zombie from lack of sleep. I'm trying, I really am, I just have to find a balance between the two jobs. I feel like I'm talking to myself now, so I'm going to shut up and get back to making button bracelets.
